Welding
We provide training for TIG, MIG 4G,6G Welding as per client’s requirement. In theory class we teach the trainees about basic knowledge of welding and use of welding equipment and materials. In practical class they learn how to weld any type of metal such as pipe and plate.
Interior Dry Wall
In current world interior dry wall is a important technical trade. By using the technique of this trade knowledge, a worker be able to make light weight partition wall in side high rise building.
Ducting Installation Air-Con & Ventilation
In theory classes and practical practice, a worker learns how to install duct for aircon ventilation. To work in Singapore a worker needs to obtain SEC(K) cert by participating in schedule test.
Thermal Insulation
We follow BCA provided syllabus for SEC(K) to train the trainees. There are monthly test schedule and the test conducted by BCA officers. All the trainee should attend and pass the test to qualify themselves to get a work pass in Singapore.
Acoustic Ceiling

The Penguin International Ltd. popularly known as “Penguin” has established its manpower services at Dhaka in 1992, registering itself with the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh and secured legal licence to export manpower. In the year 1998 and 1999 we also got permission from the Government of Singapore and Bangladesh to setup Singapore International training Institute and Setsco-SRCI Training and Testing Centre.
